J R Lafin 15/85 Flute Headjoint with 14k Rose Lip, Riser and Adler Wings

Purchased new from Just Flutes in May 2022:
- Fully handmade headjoint
- Made by J Rainer Lafin in Lörrach, Germany
- "15/85" 15% gold tube
- 14k rose lip-plate, riser and "Adler style" wings
- "Julie" model
- Supplied in a presentation case (picture to be uploaded)
The 15/85 tube is an alloy of 15% gold and 85% silver, which gives this headjoint a unique sound: the richness of gold combined with the sparkle of silver.
Only selling as I’ve recently found another Lafin which works slightly better with my new flute. Currently paired with an Arista body, previously paired with an Altus AL, so it should fit most flutes.
Current new price is £7,995. Selling for £5,995 ono.
