Miguel Arista Solid Silver Flute Headjoint Winged cut

This is a fully handmade headjoint by Miguel Arista. It is the Winged Cut, where the wings are based on a design by William Bennett to help find more depth of sound and harmonic content.

William Bennett and Miguel Arista worked together a lot over the years, resulting in wonderful headjoints and flutes played by professionals and flute enthusiasts all over the world.

Currently played on an Altus AL flute, which has quite a narrow socket, so it should fit most makes of flute easily.

It is in excellent condition, with just a few surface scratches which do not affect how it plays. It gives every flute a boost of projection and a rich tonal colour palette.
