Assistant Box Office Manager (Systems & Data)
(part-time, permanent)
Liverpool Philharmonic presents around 400 concerts and events every year, so there’s always lots going on at our Box Office. We’re currently looking for an Assistant Box Office Manager (Systems & Data) to help optimise our ticketing system. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating functions across the Spektrix system, from building events and seating plans, to creating and managing ticket sales reports. You’ll work to ensure our systems offer a smooth and efficient user experience, and help make sure that Spektrix supports the demands of departments across the organisation. You’ll also act as a Box Office Duty Manager, supporting the team and covering busy periods. If you’re a proactive and flexible problem solver with great communication skills and a detailed knowledge of the Spektrix CRM and ticketing system, this might be the perfect fit for you.

• Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata)
• Responsible to: Box Office Manager
• Contract: Part time, permanent
• Hours of work: 28 hours per week
• Place of work: Liverpool Philharmonic Hall
