Customer Service Assistant (Reception)

The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Reception) to join the team. This role includes welcoming musicians, visitors and staff to the CBSO Centre, answering phones and redirecting calls, providing excellent customer service, overseeing the meeting room diary, and supporting the wider organisation with administrative tasks.
