ISANGYUN Competition

The ISANGYUN Competition is held in remembrance of renowned Korean composer Isang Yun (1917-1995), with the aim of supporting emerging international soloists and promoting cultural exchange among nations. The competition is held every year alternately in three categories: Piano, Violin, and Cello.
This year's piano edition is open to pianists of all nationalities, born between November 1, 1996, and October 31, 2011. Applications are to be received by 11:59 PM (KST) on July 31, 2026.
To support young pianists with great potential, the ISANGYUN Competition will provide a round-trip economy flight ticket and accommodation for participants selected for the First Round.
