Conducting - Music for choir and orchestra

The masterclass for conductors & church musicians deals with works for choir and orchestra, as well as the special technique and working methods of a conductor who has vocalists and orchestra in front of him at the same time. Each participant in the master class is scheduled to spend at least 70 minutes per day actively conducting, as well as actively participating in the final concert.

Ensembles:
The Sächsischer Kammerchor and the J. Märkisches Kammerorchester

Lectures:
Conducting: Music director Fabian Enders
Working with singers and voice training (Kelsey Zahlten, Soprano)

Repertoire:
Francesco Durante: Magnificat B flat major
J. S. Bach: "Der Herr denket an uns" BWV 196
J. Michael Bach: "Liebster Jesu, hör"
J. Bernhard Bach: Ouverture D major
J. Christoph Altnikol: "Befiel du deine Wege"

We welcome interested singers who would like to participate in the course and receive a fee.
