Audition: Second Concertmaster
Thursday, June 13th 2024
The audition repertoire and orchestral excerpts:
The material will be available not later than April 18th 2024.
The auditions will take place in Musikkens Hus, Aalborg.
All candidates are automatically invited to the audition.
Audition Program:
First round:
1st movement with cadenza from one of the following:
Mozart: Violin Concerto no.4 KV218
Mozart: Violin Concerto no.5 KV219
+ Orchestral excerpts
2nd Round
First movement of one of following concertos:
Brahms
Sibelius
Tchaikovsky
Beethoven
+ Orchestral excerpts
Third round:
Chamber music
