Joint Principal Trumpet (50%)
The LSO are seeking a Joint Principal Trumpet (50%). To apply, please submit an application on Musicalchairs by Tue 13 May 2025. Audition requirements will be shared with candidates after the advert closes.
The first and second round auditions will be live, screened auditions in London in early July. Both rounds will be held on the same day and exact dates will be shared after the advert closes. Successful candidates will then be invited for trial periods of work with the Orchestra.
If traveling to London for a live audition would present a significant challenge (e.g. traveling from beyond Europe) and you would like to request a video audition, please indicate this in your Musicalchairs application. NB: all requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Regretfully we are unable to accept applications from candidates from Visa National countries due to recent changes to visitor visa restrictions at this time (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-visitor-visa-national-list).
