Bassoon principal, permanent position 75%
(part-time, permanent)
We are now looking for bassoon, principal, 75% permanent position with trial period.
The audition will take place following personal invitation on December 4th, 2025 at Västerås Concert Hall / Västerås Konserthus, Lilla salen.
Compulsory works:
• Mozart Bassoon Concerto in B Major, KV 191, 1st movement with cadenza of your own choice.
• orchestral excerpts
• ensemble round
Please note: A new Swedish law requires either a Swedish work permit or citizenship of a country within the European Union for eligibility for employment in Sweden. We are therefore unable to accept applicants from outside of the European Union since the part-time salary we offer does not qualify applicants for a work permit.
