Requirements:
- Secondary or university education in music – playing the relevant instrument (in case of exceptional talent or artistic personality or an outstanding and widely recognised expert in the field, the qualification requirements may be waived);
- flexibility, reliability, independence, precision.
Offer:
- Ssalary according to applicable regulations (12th public sector salary grade) and corresponding experience;
- meal allowance;
- 5 weeks of vacation;
- start date by mutual agreement.
Applications containing name and contact details (e-mail, phone number) should be sent together with a structured CV, information about the choice of concert from the list of audition pieces (in both first and second round) and a request for accompaniment – in electronic form (documents in PDF format) to the e-mail address inspektor@mdmf.cz, no later than 16th April 2026. Please write “Audition – 2nd violin” in the subject of the e-mail. The application also has to include a statement of consent to the Moravian Theatre and Moravian Philharmonic processing the personal data of the applicant for the purpose of administrating this audition and keeping records of job applicants. If the applicant does not give this consent, they cannot be included in the audition and the documents they sent will be rejected and returned.
Selected candidates will be invited to the audition which will take place 24th April 2026 at 10.00 in the Reduta concert hall of the Moravian Philharmonic (Horní náměstí 23, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic). The exact schedule of the audition will be specified five days after the application deadline. The audition will consist of 2 rounds.
