Please submit the completed application form on the Czech Philharmonic website, including your CV and a copy of your diploma or confirmation of your ongoing study.

Application deadline: 26th April, 2026

AUDITION REPERTOIRE:

SOLO PIECE:
First movement of a 19th or 20th century violin concerto (cadenza optional), or a major work for violin and orchestra from the same time period

ORCHESTRAL EXCERPTS:
R. Strauss: Don Juan
A. Dvořák: Carnival, overture
B. Smetana: Šárka
B. Smetana: Vyšehrad
L. van Beethoven: Symphony No. 9

Students between the ages of 18 and 26 (decisive is the age on the day of the audition) may apply to the Orchestral Academy.
