The violin was played in philharmonic, symphony orchestras, as well as in chamber music and solo performances. It was played a lot, so it is already in a great sounding state. Sounds brilliant and warm. I have a few other instruments and can't use them all.
The violin is in perfect shape, as it was from the beginning.
Jan stopped making instruments now, due to retirement.
The violin is located in Köln, Germany.
