I'm selling my much-loved Lillian Burkart Elite Piccolo due to having recently purchased a new instrument.
About the Piccolo:
Model: Lillian Burkart Elite
Body: Handmade grenadilla wood
Mechanism: .925 silver, French-style pointed key-arms
Features: Split E mechanism, High G# facilitator, Burkart scale (improved intonation)
Headjoint: New Lillian Burkart Wave Cut Headjoint purchased from Just Flutes in October 2024
Condition: Fully serviced (July 2025), excellent playing condition
Case: Included
Background:
Bought second-hand in 2021, played professionally, and always cared for meticulously. I previously used a Manke rosewood headjoint but upgraded to a Lillian Burkart wave-cut headjoint last year from Just Flutes, which significantly enhanced tone quality, response and projection.
This piccolo now plays beautifully and I'm sad to sell!
