It was played in a professional orchestra as the 1st bassoon for 13 years (1988–2001), as well as in various chamber ensembles.
The bassoon has been well maintained and carefully cared for.
It has been overhauled by respected technicians, including:
James Leslie (USA)
Rieger (Germany)
The instrument has undergone two full overhauls, during which all keys were silver replated.
This instrument produces a beautiful tone, particularly in the upper register.
