Expression of Interest: Freelance Musicians
As our award winning Learning Programmes are developing, we are looking to expand the pool of freelance musicians and artists we work with.
We are looking for exceptional musicians based in the North-West, who are interested in working with children, young people and adults in a range of community, education and care settings.
Please see attached Call for Expressions of Interest for a range of opportunities across our Learning Programmes, with further information including:
• An overview of the projects and areas of work
• The skills and experience we are looking for in Freelance Musicians
If you would like to be considered for any of these opportunities, please email learning@liverpoolphil.com before 5PM on 20th June 2025 with the following information:
• Your current CV including your contact details
• A cover letter detailing:
o your relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, particularly focussing on the areas outlined above
o if there is a programme you are particularly interested in joining, or your preferred type of work (e.g. working with young people, in care settings, conducting ensembles)
o your regular availability from June 2025 onwards (not including August 2025).
We will contact all musicians who have expressed an interest from 26th June 2025. Please note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee any offers of work.
