Music Education Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees the overall program planning and operations for Sistema Ravinia, which is Ravinia's music education program located in Waukegan (school locations) and at Ravinia (office location). As Program Manager, you are responsible for guiding programmatic design and content implementation and building a culture for thriving relationships with students, parents, teachers, and partners. In this role, you would need extraordinary organizational skills, a “make-it-work” mentality, and be a clear and approachable communicator. Further, being flexible to a developing program's demands and believing all children can succeed. As Program Manager, you will oversee a team of instructors along with an administrative team of one full-time and two part-time staff. This role is a key Sistema Ravinia leadership team member and reports to the Reach Teach Play Senior Associate Director. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits.
