Youth Company Operations Manager

Liverpool Philharmonic’s youth programmes have gone from strength to strength over the years, now working with thousands of children and young people every week. We’re currently recruiting for a Youth Company Operations Manager, working at the heart of our youth programmes, directly making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

The Youth Company Operations Manager provides leads all of the administrative and operational processes across Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes. You'll be ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes to maximise the positive impact for participants, communities and audiences. You'll also be creating robust evidence banks to demonstrate impacts for funders and stakeholders, which inform programme design.
