NMGCS IV International Composition Competition

The National Music & Global Culture Society (New York) announces the NMGCS IV International Composition Competition to recognize outstanding new full-scale musical works inspired by Azerbaijani folk songs.
$ 10 Application Fee.
$ 3,500 Prize Fund.
NO AGE and stylistic LIMITS.
CONCERTS IN NEW YORK and BAKU.
An original composition for solo instrument or small ensemble (up to 5 instruments), based on one or several of 10 pre-selected Azerbaijani folk songs must be submitted.

Duration of the piece shouldn't exceed 15 min.
The best compositions (the number is not limited) will be published in the USA, the works of the winners will be performed at the Lincoln Center (Bruno Walter Auditorium) in New York, USA and in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2024.
