The Vienna International Christmas Opera Competition 2025

The Vienna International Christmas Opera Competition celebrates excellence in opera singing and offers a prestigious platform for performers of all voice types to gain international recognition and the chance to perform with the Wiener Stadtorchester.

The Grand Prize winner (€5,000), together with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners, will have the honor of performing live at the Palais Ehrbar – Grand Concert Hall, Vienna, on December 22, 2025.

Awarded to outstanding participants.

All prize winners will receive a medallion and certificate, as well as a professional photo shoot and audio and video recordings during the concert and award ceremony.
