VI. Ilona Fehér International Violin Competition

The Ilona Fehér International Violin Competition was founded in 2017 by Katalin Kokas and Barnabás Kelemen for the youngest generation of violinists under the age of 22. The competitors are evaluated by an international jury consisting of renowned violinists and professors.

May 20 - Release of pre-selection decisions
May 30 - Release of the detailed competition schedule

June 10 - Last date for submission of changes in the participants’
competition program and the scanned scores of the freely
chosen pieces

June 24 - Registration, warm-up sessions: BMC
June 26–27 - Preliminary Round: BMC
June 28 - Day off
June 29–30 - Second Round: BMC
July 1–2 - Orchestral rehearsals: Liszt Academy
July 3–4 - Finals: Liszt Academy
