Andrea Proietti
Proietti was born in 1976, and began his career as a bow-maker in Cremona at the age of 21. Over the next few years, he worked with Katia Luis and Remi Bertaux in Avignone, Edwin Clemènt in Paris, and subseqently returned to Cremona to work in the workshop of Giovanni Lucchi. In addition to his making, Proietti also taught at the International School of Bowmaking in Cremona for almost a decade in the 2000's. From 2007, Proietti has been working in his own workshop in Cesena, producing violin, viola, and cello bows that have garnered much acclaim in Europe, recently
