An impressive 16” viola made in Cremona by Daniele Ciaccio is now available at Ruschil London. Strongly Brescian in appearance and tone, the viola is finished very professionally and is made to perform.
Made in the antique style with a bold outline, f holes, scroll and tone, the viola is distinctly Brescian in its modelling, while maintaining a contemporary Italian style. Meticulously constructed with performance in mind, the viola is a perfect medium size,16”.
Tonally the viola is impressive on every string, excelling in each register. This is a viola that has been made to perform. Rich, confident, clear, accurate and far reaching, the viola has a bright core that will be heard easily in a trio, quartet or for solo work. The viola is finished with Thomastik Spirocore C,G, D & Larsen A strings for a confident, accurate and rich sound.
