Jorma Panula Conducting Masterclass with the Janacek Philharmonic
11 advanced conductors will each have 180 minutes of rehearsal time + dress rehearsal and performance time with the large and excellent Janacek Philharmonic Ostrava. The Masterclass will be led by the legendary Maestro of Maestri, Jorma Panula, in important works by W.A. Mozart, Beethoven, Mahler, Janacek, Mussorgsky, Dvorak & Wagner. Daily video review with individual and group coaching by the Maestro. Each conductor will conduct on one of two public concerts. The Masterclass will also accept a small number of auditors (passive participants).

CIEPR Masterclass 2016
The International Center for the Study of Résonnance Pedagogy - phenomenology of sound and gesture -(CIEPR) organises 12 Masterclass in Morges (Switzerland) in 2016. Teachers are: Elizabeth Sombart (piano), Vincent Aguettant (vocal), Diego Miguel Urzanqui (conducting), Jordi Mora (chamber music) and Fabrice Eulry (improvisation). Résonnance Pedagogy is a legacy of teaching of 2 masters : Conductor Sergiù Celibidache and Pianist Hilde Langer-Rühl. It is built on the basic principle of unity, which is achieved by reducing the multiplicity of sound phenomena through accurate phrasing and gesture.
